Adi Kailash Yatra from Tanakpur

Tour Highlights:

Adi Kailash occupies a prominent position among the Panch Kailash in Hindu Mythology, revered alongside Om Parvat as profoundly sacred in Hinduism. Mere sight of it is believed to enlighten and purify the inner self, owing to the cosmic energy that permeates the serene landscape. Legend has it that the demon king Ravana attained blessings from Lord Shiva here, gaining extraordinary strength and wisdom. Among the few mountains in India bearing the imprint of the OM symbol, only one has been explored by humans, known as Om Parvat or Adi Kailash. This mystical peak, standing tall at 6191 meters in the Dharchula district, is renowned for its religious significance and adventurous allure, believed to possess miraculous qualities. Its distinctive feature—a formation of the OM symbol through snow deposition on its darkened surface—renders it distinct amidst the Himalayan ranges.
